Other Interesting Facts:
* Did a 7 day bicycle tour of south Texas over the 2003 Christmas season. Rode from Austin to Fredericksburg, around San Antonio, to Corpus, to Port Lavaca, to Victoria, and back to San Antonio. For 5 days of the ride we had no vehicle support, so we carried our own packs.
* I've been mountain biking through trails covered in snow drifts and near-frozen streams in Colorado. I was sure that my feet were frostbitten. I was caught out after dark and worried about wild animals coming for me.
